Our Policies
As a courtesy for both our employees
and our clients, we ask for 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, and 48 hours notice for multiple services. We require that all appointments consisting of multiple services be held with a valid credit card. A fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment will be charged for untimely notice. Please understand that out of respect for other clients, we may not be able to service a client who arrives late to an appointment, as we try our best to be on time for
our valued clients.
